We don’t quote from a photo or a postcode. Someone from the team comes to the site, looks at what’s there, and talks through what you’re trying to achieve — what the sub-base needs to handle, where drainage matters, which surface will earn its keep. The quote you get back reflects what we actually saw.
We come to the site, walk it with you, and talk through materials, spec, drainage, and the things that aren't obvious from a photo. No charge, no obligation.
Spec, schedule, and price in writing — never a template. We explain why we've specified what we have so you can compare like-for-like with anyone else.
Rip-out, prep, surface. Site kept tidy each evening, with a photographic record handed over on completion.
A walk-through when we finish, and we come back if anything settles or needs a touch in the first season.
